I’m here to to walk alongside you, guide you throughout the buying journey and provide an exceptional experience, while helping to make the process smooth and as stress-free as possible.

How it works....

THE BUYING PROCESS

GET PRE-APPROVED 

Meet with a lender (I'm happy to recommend a couple that are fabulous!) to determine how much you can borrow. This will give us a clear idea of what homes we should put on our search & how much your monthly payment will be to make sure that you're comfortable with the numbers!

the search 

Now, the fun part!! Once you are pre-qualified, we can work together to determine your non-negotiables and find the perfect match between your needs and your budget. I'll set up a property search and also send hand curated lists of houses that check all the boxes! We'll tour them & narrow down the options!

make an offer 

HOORAY! We found your dream home. We submit an offer that reflects the home's value and I negotiate for you during this step to ensure the best deal.

inspection & appraisal 

The seller accepts your offer and we rejoice! Next, we will arrange a building inspection if your offer was contingent upon one. I have several experienced inspectors to recommend and will assist you with scheduling. We will have a "due diligence" deadline to complete negotiations with the Seller. After inspection, appraisal is completed, if applicable.

closing & move in day! 

Once everything is in order, you'll sign the final documents & we CELEBRATE! You get the keys and MOVE IN!
