Thinking about building? 

Since i entered the real estate industry in 2011, i've had a passion for new construction and helping people build new homes - both custom builds & production builds. i specialize in design and has created a new home concierge process for you to build your dream home, helping matchmake you with the perfect builder for you!

As a designer and with a former career in new home sales, I walk homeowners through the process of selecting the right development and lot, helping throughout the builder selection process, assisting with floor plan ideas and layouts, and giving suggestions on selections to keep you on budget but get you the quality and style you are searching for! Emilee works diligently throughout the entirety of the building, design, and contracting process! She will be alongside you to answer all questions, help prevent issues, and help resolve any complications that arise along the way!

How it works....

THE BUilding PROCESS

FIND A BUILDER 

Bring your Realtor to these interviews. Take a look at the builder's portfolio and ask for RECENT clients. The builder may own properties in the area you want, or we may need to find you a lot to build on!

design 

The builder and architect will help you choose a plan to start working with or we create one from scratch. I happy to help guide you through this, as well. We'll also begin making selections, continuing this throughout the build.

Servicing & permits 

If the property isn't serviced, the builder will begin this process and also apply for all building permits with the city or town.

choosing Colors & finishes 

Now, the fun part! Let your creativity come out and your dreams come into focus as er work together to design something really special, while also keeping an eye on budget. This is an area I specialize in and offer extensive COMPLIMENTARY design & rendering services to my new construction clients. Design is my love language and I'd love to help you design something extraordinary!

Building

Time to dig, pour the foundation and begin framing! The builder will coordinate with their trades ordering materials & keep the home progressing through each stage. The home will be constructed to your exact specifications and color/material choices. There will be multiple walkthroughs to determine electrical and light fixture placement as well as plumbing fixtures, room layout details, cabinet design specifics, etc. You'll start to see it look like a HOME!

walkthrough 

The home is move in ready and it's time to walk through with the builder to make sure any additional necessary fixes are noted.
This is often typically when the builder will do a home orientation and teach you how to use the system/appliances within the house!

closing day! 

It's moving day! Time to start filling your home and enjoying it, so that you can create new memories! This is where we celebrate and follow it up by a fabulous housewarming party!
